For the life of me I cannot comprehend why Lutheran CORE continues to reach out to the ELCA. Almost daily the ELCA willingly marches deeper into heresy, apostasy, secularism, and greater ungodliness. Continuing to reach out to the leadership of the ELCA is a waste of time and resources – one could even say a demonic distraction used to channel energy into useless endeavors rather than productive works.
Jesus is quite clear in Matthew 10:13-15, regarding wasting one’s efforts, “And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. Truly, I say to you, it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.”
Better that Lutheran CORE and other like-minded Christians call the faithful out from the corrupt ELCA and help them find a place among those who have not rejected the Word of God.
