“Behold, bless the Lord, all servants of the Lord, who serve by night in the house of the Lord! Lift up your hands to the sanctuary and bless the Lord. May the Lord bless you from Zion, He who made heaven and earth.” (Psalm 134:1-3)
Bless and be a blessing. Do what the Lord asks of you knowing that He first did all that is needed for You. Bless and do not curse. He Who made all things made You. He knows what He is doing and has called you into His presence. Come then and be blessed by the One who leads you forward ever closer into His eternal presence. Come and do not tarry. Become like Jesus.
Lord You know all the steps of my life. Guide me, O Lord, in the way You know I need to go. Help me this day to overcome those obstacles that will get in the way. Lead me according to Your goodness to see the hope You have given me. Let me not be hindered, but in all things move in the way You know I need to move. Show me by Your goodness how to be in Your will.
Holy Spirit, come minister to my heart that I would walk in the way of Jesus. You are with me and there to guide me. Teach me to listen. Teach me to obey. Teach me to trust every time You speak. Come, Holy Spirit, and be my guide that I may this day become more like Jesus. You are my sanctuary. You are my guide. May I bless and not curse this day, following the example of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Amen.
