“I will sing a new song to You, O God; on a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You, the One who gives salvation to kings, who delivers David His servant from the deadly sword.” (Psalm 144:9-10)
The Lord is the deliverer. It is He who shall save His people. Come into the presence of the Lord and know the salvation He prepared beforehand for those who come to Him. Come, walk under the grace of the Lord who has prepared these things. From the snare of the fowler and the deadly pestilence, the Lord will save those who trust in Him. Walk in the salvation of the Lord.
Lord, I look around and the world seems so busy with people scurrying to and fro. Guide me through the mess of this world that I may walk humbly with You my God and Savior. Lead me in the way You would have me go that I may now and always walk according to Your will. Lead me in the way of righteousness that I may forever be bound to You, the One Who makes all things possible.
Lord Jesus, You have come that we may have life and have it abundantly. Lead me, O Lord, in the way of righteousness. Show me the way You know I need to go that I may forever abide in You and You in me. Help me now and always to see that in You alone is the hope of glory and that in You alone is there salvation. Lead me this day in Your grace according to the Father’s will. Amen.
